Unexpected layoffs in Pennsylvania have now been confirmed going into the year 2025 according the fresh WARN data.
It’s important to understand that under the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act, an employer with more than 100 full-time workers must provide a 60-day notice before laying off 50 or more people at a single site.
The most recent layoffs in Pennsylvania are beginning this month of November and stretching out all the way to January and February of 2025.
Below is a new list of businesses who have filed WARN notices with the state of Pennsylvania, warning of upcoming layoffs this year going into 2025:

- Red Ribbon Bakeshop, Inc. 9 job cuts by 11/30.
- Devon Seafood Grill. 76 layoffs by 1/3/2025
- Bowery Farming. 104 job cuts on 11/1.
- DAS Companies, Inc. 100 job cuts by 12/31.
- BVPV Styrenics, LLC. 140 job cuts by 1/3/2025 – 1/31/2026
- The Giant Company, LLC. 61 job cuts by 12/28.
- Citizens Bank. Undisclosed number of layoffs by 1/15/2025, 1/22/2025, 2/12/2025
- ID Logistics US, Inc. 108 layoffs by 12/31.
- PepsiCo, Inc. 127 job cuts by 12/28.
- True Value. 269 job cuts by 12/14 – 12/28.
- Intel Corporation. 56 job cuts by 11/15.
- Corelle Brands, LLC. 270 job cuts between 12/9 – 2/17/2025.
- Cabinetworks, LLC. 420 job cuts by 12/21.
- Sodexo. 83 job cuts by 12/31.
- Kunzler & Company, Inc. 193 job cuts by 12/7.
- Chart House. 36 job cuts by 12/3.
- Berkley Medical Resources, Inc. Undisclosed number of layoffs by 12/31.
- Stuffed Puffs, LLC. 106 job cuts on 11/9.
- Tri-State Envelope. 122 job cuts on 11/10.
