  1. Why is the data only up to Q2 2021? Because the data now is too bad to publish?

  2. Gary Gensler and the SEC are completely out of line with transparency and a working model of honest stock market. I think we found where all this investing has been going. . Into shorts pockets. While we had to bail out companies and banks and hedge funds all due to shorting fueled by zero regulations. We may have actually discovered a living writhing black hole that swallows money, right here on earth.

  3. I’ve said this several times. The FBI must be brought in. The corruption in the stock market will go on forever.

  4. Hello good morning and what they say with you.

I assume that Mr. Gensler has never had the intention to protect the interests of small investors, or to guarantee this protection in the beginning.
The fact that the SEC since the appointment of Mr. Gensler mainly deals with the suppression of cryptos and stays out of the obvious manipulations of money makers, hedge funds speaks for itself in my opinion.
The fact that filings and other papers that prove that something is rotten here do not find any attention is also for me an indication that the SEC at least in the approach has no interest in protecting the small investor.
Consider the impact on the capital market, should the banks, managers, hedge funds be forced to settle the open FTD, swaps, all other open positions and cash flows, they would be ruined the system collapsed and out of business.

All institutions that boast to protect the consumer are in my opinion fake and always protect the corrupt system.
Here in Europe as everywhere in the world.

one must not forget who has appointed the man, (comes to mind) one of the biggest advocates of the Pinocchio saga ever Mr. Donald Trump.

    Is only my opinion

    Best regards Olaf

  5. SEC failure to enforce security laws indicates they are controlled by organized crime rather than enforcing laws against organized crime.
