  1. I don’t feel the covenant waiver has anything to do with AA speaking out against his company being illegally shorted. He has been asked to address this problem months ago and also stated he didn’t see proof of anything. The covenant just occurred. Please correct me if I’m off basis.

  2. What I don’t understand is why banks that hold notes on $amc would supporting shorting and issue non located shares and why shorting a company into oblivion is in their best interest long term

    1. If they short the company to death, they don’t have to pay any taxes! It’s a huge incentive to these banks. It’s unfortunate this is happening to company’s people love.

  3. I hope the banks choose to reverse course and help amc, they is much more upside now to the upside 5 to 30. Then 5 to 0. I hope they choose the upside , sucks to be stuck in this play

    1. Yup, the best-case scenario is these institutions going long with confidence in the company. This is where AMC fundamentals come in. Either fundamentals get better or retail investors inject AMC with BILLIONS in liquidity again.
